Are your courses for Mac or PC?

Our courses can be followed using a Mac or PC. 

In the course videos we use virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare)

We're confident that you can follow along and get the most out of the courses whether you have a PC or a Mac.

How do I add extra details to my downloadable invoices?

Go to MY ACCOUNT > EDIT PROFILE. And send me message by CONTACT so we can resend you receipt.

How do I download my invoices?

Check your e-mail. All receipts goes directly after payments to your inbox mail. If you have problems send me message by MY ACCOUNT -> CONTACT.

What do I get access to with a monthly/yearly subscription?

With either a monthly or yearly subscription you get unlimited access to all of our courses, the ability to ask questions and get help from the community and the SCADA World team. You'll also get access to all of the exercise and completed files.

What happens when I cancel?

I will miss you ;) And… you’ll move back to the free subscription. You can still watch all the free videos but you won't be able to watch the paid videos or download the completed class files.

I need to ask a question, where do I do that?

We understand sometimes students need to ask questions to get more information. There's 2 different places you might want to ask a question: 1. If your question is about something in a course or about a course then use the comment section beneath the videos in the course. 2. If you have a question about billing, your account etc., then use the MY ACCOUNT -> CONTACT or contact us form found at the bottom of the site.

Do you offer Certificates of Completion?

Yes! After you complete 100% of course we will send you certificate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please click the MY ACCOUNT > MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS link from the top right of your screen to cancel your subscription.
